The dual penile prosthesis combines the function of both flaccid and erect prostheses. The dual can be worn as a daily packer and also used for penetrative sex without the need to change from one prosthetic to another.
An internal implant allows the wearer to manually bend the prosthesis down in the flaccid position or up into the erect position. Careful planning led us to use a non-metal implant, so no problems would be encountered at the airport or other metal detectors.
This prosthesis is firm enough for penetration but has a soft feel to it as well so that it is comfortable to wear all day. Because the prosthesis hangs down it won't appear that you have too much of a bulge, it looks very natural.

The flaccid prosthesis is intended for everyday wear. The entire prosthesis (including testicles) is filled with a special gel which makes the prosthesis soft to the touch and lends it a credible weight. Most importantly, it will squash just enough when clothes tighten over it. The flaccid is available in three sizes: small, mid and large. Any size can be made with or without foreskin.
The prostheses is designed to attach to the pubic area with medical adhesive. Only the top half of the prosthesis needs to be attached, so the wearer can use the bathroom normally without the need to remove the prosthesis. This also allows more freedom for movement and enables the prosthesis to feel comfortable enough to wear 24/7.
These prostheses look and feel realistic because of two main factors: the combining of silicone for the exterior material and a special gel used to fill the interior.

Members of the FTM community requested that I also make an erect penile prosthesis, as store-bought dildoes are often unrealistic in size, lack skin shading, can only be strapped on and are often made of nothing more than latex or cheap rubber silicone, both of which have a particularly bad and telltale odour.
I designed a prosthesis that would overcome these deficiencies. The erect penile prosthesis is of course designed for sex and is held in place by medical adhesive, although a harness can be used if one desires. The prosthesis rigidity is created by making the shaft with solid silicone while still keeping the testicular sack soft with use of a special filling gel.

The HairFX is a custom hairpiece that covers the attachment tab of your FTM prosthesis. This hairpiece works exclusively with our prosthesis. Each HairFX is hand processed to resemble organic pubic hair. The hairpiece prevents the prosthesis from pulling away from your skin, securely holds your prosthesis in place and provides the natural, realistic look you want.
The adhesive and solvent are medical grade, designed specifically to attach prostheses to human skin. Therefore, they will not cause skin allergies or irritation. The particular adhesive we use to attach the prosthesis will even stay in place when swimming or exercising. A detailed instruction file is sent out with every order with directions on how to use the adhesive.
Waterproof holding tape is an absolute must have. It prevents water from getting underneath your prosthesis and will keep it attached. This tape works in conjunction with the HairFX and medical adhesive.

All prostheses can be made to match your individual skin color. There are 15 different skin shades to choose from, which allows for a custom made prosthesis.
If you are unsure of the color settings on your monitor, just add the skin samples to your order. You will receive a box of skin color swatches. Then you can simply match the sample to an untanned body area and choose a slightly darker shade, as this part of the body is normally darker and pinker than the rest.
These swatches must be returned after use.

The Sheath prosthesis was developed over many years at the request of clients that were left unhappy with the look and function following their phalloplasty procedure. This prosthesis is made to measure according to the size of the surgically constructed phallus. It can be made thin enough to roll onto to the phallus with ease and is rigid enough to aid intercourse.
It can be attached with medical adhesive to the pubic bone area. The sheath is matched to your skin shade.
